This policy applies to all games published by Better Brand (“we”, “us”) and to this website. Each game also has its own policy with the specifics of what that game uses.
Game-specific policies
If a game's policy and this one differ, the game's policy controls for that game.
Our principles
- Collect as little as possible. Our games don't require accounts or ask for your name, email, contacts, or precise location.
- Keep your progress on your device. Saved games and settings stay on your device unless a game's policy says otherwise.
- Be clear about third parties. When a game uses an ad or analytics service, its policy names the service, what it collects, and how to opt out.
- Ask before personalizing ads. Ads are personalized only with your permission, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent message.
- No selling to data brokers. We don't sell personal data to data brokers.
Third-party services
Our games may use advertising and analytics services from Google, including Google AdMob and Firebase. These services collect device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, usage data, and ad interactions as described in each game's policy. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
This website
betterbrand.life uses no cookies, analytics, or trackers. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes standard request data, such as IP address, requested page, and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email josh@betterbrand.life and we'll respond within the time the law requires. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
